"The Destination Inspiration Events and Mentoring Program really opened my eyes to broader opportunities for my business. It highlighted the importance of keeping those big juicy goals in your vision even if you can only take small steps toward realising them. And indeed, it was helpful to have a gentle push to take those small steps. At times during the program, I felt I didn't really deserve my place as I was a long way from where I want to be at the moment. However, I think that Karen's encouraging mentoring and questioning voice will remain sitting there in my subconscious and be a treasured motivator going forward. I also really appreciated the connectivity with other mentees. Hearing and seeing what they are doing was inspiring whether they were starting their journey or well progressed.
