I would like to let others knows of the invaluable assistance provided by Karen Oliver, as part of VTIC’s Tourism Recovery Program. There were a number of business assistance programs offered by the government to help the Hospitality sector, and others similarly affected by the Covid19 shut downs. I found the one-on-one Zoom sessions provided by Karen by far the best.

 

After providing details of the area our business needed guidance in, Karen systematically worked through ideas that she thought would help. I was given ‘homework’ to do before our second session, and we discussed the progress of our first meeting.
